Really enjoying this youtube series the club puts out. I think you can glean quite a bit about the dynamic of the group and also spot some other pretty interesting stuff too.

This week JP saying "We keep going. It's not enough. Monday we train and go again, all week like last week. We don't stop. We don't stop any more". Interesting! JP is 100% our future captain and obviously sounds like some of the group weren't putting in a shift in training.

Fab: "You played like you trained all week. Get this in your mind". Very interesting again! But who were the bad trainers?

Interestingly, we apparently tape our set piece plans to the wall of the dressing room, film them and upload them to youtube. Which I find very interesting.

All a bit cliche really, the fighting talk, the never say never blah blah. If it helps then great. They are young and impressionable, and cynically innocent. But can’t resist being an old codger and muttering ‘what a load of…’, which is what they’ll probably say also in 30 years time! 😂😃

I probably over analyse the body language of the players when he Fab gives his pep talk - always after a win.....and its awkward to say the least....

Generally more "trust the process" blah blah blah speech.

So, will be watching with intent later at this

That marries up with what Joel Veltman said after the Chelsea game:

"It’s easier to say after the game, but the week we had, honestly, team spirit-wise, it was amazing. Maybe in training, the best week ever. Quality-wise, intensity-wise, exactly what the gaffer wanted after the Forest result. And it paid off in the game."

Which hopefully they will continue on Friday night.

Who is the coach running the defender vs attacker drill where they have to copy each others moves? It looks like his first initial is J but he doesn’t look like any of the coaches listed on the club website?
