With BOE reviewing interest rates Thursday, what do you think will happen ?
Be very surprised if no rate rise given inflation going upwards.
A big shock to quite a few if they do as many think current interest rate is normal of which it is definitely not.
Some of us mortgage veterans remember Lamont sang in the bath the night he put up interest rates to 15% !
Up slightly and immediately high street borrowing rates up but a lag on saving rates

Call me cynical, but will the savings rates actually be put up at all? And if they are, will it be by the full amount?

Miniscule?? When was the last time base rates were DOUBLED in one fell swoop?
