We are all Brighton fans, dont know why the in-fighting on here.

Anti NSK squabbles being at the forefront of my mind when I say that.

15 years ago I would have laughed in the faces of the NSK, but football has evolved and thank goodness for that.

Took me a prison sentence to learn how to handle my aggression and anger.

In my job I see lads every day who are pent up.
