Tony and Paul have built all the foundations for success at Brighton but it was missing something, step forward RDZ who has come in and transformed the belief and mentality across the whole club. The answer to the 3,4,5 losses question says it all about what RDZ brings to the party, a winning mentality. We are never little old Brighton to him, inferior to the bigger teams and none of this history lesson shit either. He made the players believe, he made Tony believe and he made us fans dream and best of all he delivered it all.
