I wonder if there is any significance in the fact that Odel Offiah was shown to be starting for the Albion U21s against Fulham tonight - by the club's own tweet - but dropped out of the squad prior to kick-off with Casper Nilsson replacing him at right-back and Josh Duffus being added to the bench?
Maybe Gross is out again for Monday and De Zerbi didn't want to risk Odel playing tonight just in case he might be needed (off the bench) on Monday?
Could be nothing in it, of course.
