Yes this is Maldera post match AFTER Spurs sounding less concernedWas this the embargoed part of the post Spurs chat?
But seriously, did the club confirm a fracture?
That's very encouraging.Brian Owen reports this morning via Maldera post spurs chat that Hinshelwood injury / absence was precautionary. Doesn’t mention surgery

Barco is now headed back to Albion this week after helping Argentina qualify for the Olympics tournament- Paraguay also qualified. So Enciso and Barco are likely to miss the start of Albion 24/25 season battling it out in Paris in August.
It's odd that there was a lot of assumptions made based upon one unreliable source, that became gospel truth when he wasn't in the squad on SaturdayThat's very encouraging.
Hopefully Owen has the inside track and Naylor's info was incorrect.
I think all sources concede that he went for a scan. It's odd that there was a lot of assumptions made based upon one unreliable source, that became gospel truth when he wasn't in the squad on Saturday
Agreed Having Hinsh at Fullback/Midfield will provide decent cover for our main gaps. Our depth is starting to look a lot better now, just a pity that we’re likely to far off for a real crack at top 4
Yep. Good spotWell, the players off to the Olympics would most likely include Buonanotte, as well as Barco and Enciso.
However - the Men's football final at the Paris Olympics is on Friday 09.08.24 - 8 days BEFORE the start of the 24/25 Premier League season.
So they'd miss some pre-season friendlies / tour, but other than possibly being permitted a week off, should be available for the start of the season.
They'll miss the Community Shield though...
That’s as long as his stress fracture doesn’t take to long to recover fromAgreed Having Hinsh at Fullback/Midfield will provide decent cover for our main gaps.
Maybe I misinterpreted the update. That’s as long as his stress fracture doesn’t take to long to recover from
According to Maldera post Spurs and reported by Brian Owen (see above) he was due a scan - so that’s not confirmed yet. They are “hopeful”.That’s as long as his stress fracture doesn’t take to long to recover from
Beg pardon I hadn’t heard thatMaybe I misinterpreted the update.
I read it as he was going for a scan for a suspected stress fracture, as a precautionary measure.
Not a definite stress fracture, requiring surgery.
Naylor is going to look a bit daft if this is the case. Maybe he's relying on 'Mr Lion' these daysAccording to Maldera post Spurs and reported by Brian Owen (see above) he was due a scan - so that’s not confirmed yet. They are “hopeful”.
Maybe he is Mr Lion.Naylor is going to look a bit daft if this is the case. Maybe he's relying on 'Mr Lion' these days
Mr Lion got his info from somewhere else. This info was on Twitter on Friday if you knew where to lookMaybe he is Mr Lion.
