you know all those things Facebook and Cambridge Analytics were upto, you just done it for another group.

No it is not.
It is an ICO via air drop.
Creating enough people interested and then tempting adoption into use.
If it happens ; rumoured PayPal looking at this one , then it will be massive
(But this is what all potential crypto currencies want)

If not used then will be worthless but you have lost nothing.
In the geek world this is gaining momentum and looking promising.
