I also have used Taste of Bengal for probably 20 years but feel it's slipped a bit recently but usually decent

This, all day long. Anyone who would take curryland over Shafiques is clearly high. That said, Mahaan in montague st are pretty darn good too.

Ironically Shafique owns both restaurants (Curryland/Shafiques') Both the best in the Worthing area!

I didn't know this!!! I. Always find Curryland curries quite watery and flavourless. Although curries always taste nicer when you order from a "sit down" restaurant IMO

Another vote for the Spice. They got a new chef last year and the fare has improved by leaps and bounds.

Seems we're blessed in Worthing. I've yet to be disappointed with The Anaz in Findon Valley.
