Just from the colour of this pitch it looks like trouble for the English batsman, seeing scuff marks already looks like it could be a Bunsen turner. India playing pretty much 3 front line spinners. Good early start though against Sharma and Bumrah but the real test is coming when Ashwin comes on you feel.

That's got to be pretty unique. A spinner, Ashwin, tops the list of "most wickets with the first new ball"

Just tuned in now.. Looks like a " patient" start by England, 2.2 ish an Over, pwoper Cwicket..... That ball is well scuffed after 15 Overs though and if that's down to the pitch it's going to be hard work for Archer and Anderson.

Got some spuds from Cauldifields. Cheapest and best quality I’ve seen in 20 years. Marfona too. Tastiest spuds grown in 2001 but haven’t seen them since. Thanks for tip.
