From 135-1 to 176-5. Awful long way to go still.
They do seem to be trying their hardest to funk this up.
Every now and then Moeen really tees off, so hopefully today!
Yes, I remember him battering Sussex at Hove last year in a T20 game. He can be a menace.

It's typical England batting.
We never lost a wicket and keep going, it's always 2 or 3.
Stokes need to be dropped and even Morgan needs a kick up the arris!
Pathetic surrender from 134-0 scoring for fun and then Stokes takes 11 balls to score 1.
Are they betting on these games?
It's not beyond the realms of good sense to have a look at a few when we were so far ahead of the run rate (and Bairstow only had 3 runs off his first 13 balls don't forget). It's just the fact that he then got out that makes it look worse (though if he'd got out 2nd ball having a wild swipe, he'd be criticised for not playing himself in at all, when there was ample time for it)
Can't argue with your general point though - we should be a LOT more comfortable than this after being 134-0!
For me, Moeen is the key man now, though there is still enough batting to come to get over the line - just need these two to steady the ship and get the total up without taking too many silly risks (required run rate is still a very getable 5.66)
