Unfortunately life seems to be full of people talking the talk.
When it comes to people actually getting off their arse and making dreams happen, 95% are nowhere to be found. Fact of life my friend.

The Brunswick in Hove have just purchased the freehold so aren't tied now either.

The Lamb in Angmering is also a stand-alone freehold looking good.

I still believe NSC can be a force for everything that's good in humanity, honest, decency etc. So NSC doesn't run a pub it doesn't matter,"Why, then the world 's mine oyster" (The Merry Wives of Windsor) We can do it or at least get to Wales, currently we're at The Lamb Angmering.
