All their bars are the sort of poncy pseudo-upmarket designer establishments designed to appeal to 19 year old girls who think they're too old for the Event, but too classy for your standard pub.
Bar Cena in Burgess Hill is full of the town's finest chavs, Ja Ja in Crawley similarly annoying, and Saqquara in Brighton is just a more pretentious version of Wetherspoons (but with mood lighting, shit atmosphere, and extortionately priced drinks).
They're the sort of bar that has a shelf life of about two years, then is forced to close as the uber-trendies who mistake it for somewhere good find a new place to be seen in.

Gang tries to gatecrash football fans' meeting

Crawley Town supporters have called off a protest against the club's owners after a gang of men tried to gatecrash their meeting.
Sam Jordan, 18, cancelled his protest outside the Majeed brothers' bars and restaurants in Crawley at the weekend.
Mr Jordan was at a meeting of the Crawley Town supporters' trust at a secret location in the town on Thursday night, when four heavily-built men turned up uninvited demanding to speak to him.
Two men of similar description earlier called at his home but were turned away by his mother.
Peter Bellamy, who was at the meeting, said: "They knocked on the door asking to speak to Sam Jordan. Sam said he didn't know them and he didn't want to speak to them.
"There may have been five of them but we only have four on camera."
One of them is filmed telling a supporter known as Thad he would: "Give him a smack."
Mr Bellamy said: "We told them it was a private meeting but they were insistent.
"They only left when I phoned the police because we were feeling intimidated and threatened.
"The meeting was not publicised and we kept the location secret so I don't know how they found us."
Thad said: "They said they had a message for Sam and were friends of his but Sam insisted they did not know him. I didn't let them in.
"There were women inside and children as young as 14.
"I tried to close the door and it brushed against one of their legs. He said I had assaulted him and he could give me a smack."
Mr Jordan planned to distribute posters and flyers outside Cubana, Bar Lusso and the Ja Ja Bar in protest at the Majeeds' stewardship at Crawley Town.
The club is in administration and the brothers' off-field activities, such as Chas's bankruptcy and Azwar's prosecution for selling alcohol to children, have earned unwelcome publicity.
Mr Jordan did not want to comment because he feared for his safety.
A close friend said: "The main reason Sam called it off was because he was worried about the safety of the other people.
"They were all under the age of 18 and one was even 14.
"He was up for doing it but people persuaded him that for safety reasons he shouldn't.
"Now he's nervous when he's out and is afraid for his family because whoever they were, they know where he lives and what he looks like."
Police arrived after 15 minutes and took statements from some of the 21 witnesses.

Quite likely.
Other parts of the Majeed's empire has changed hands - between family members - as a way of avoiding paying their debts. The one I know of for certain (that has changed hands amongst the family whilst in administration) is Mulberry Wines. The former owner of Mulberry Wines, Abdul Majeed, has just been added to the list of directors of Crawley Town FC!

A TEENAGE Crawley Town fan claims that he and his mother were menaced by thugs after organising a protest against bars and restaurants owned by the club's bosses.
Sam Jordan, 18, claims five men entered a Crawley Town FC Supporters Trust meeting and demanded to "give him a message" before threatening to "slap" another supporter.
The incident occurred after Mr Jordan, from Tilgate, announced plans to organise a boycott of restaurants and bars owned by Chas and Azwar Majeed.
Police were called to the Supporter's Trust meeting on Thursday after the five men arrived without warning.
Mr Jordan claims he was escorted home by police concerned for his safety after being intimidated by the gang of "huge and scary" bouncers.
The passionate Reds fan, who works in Asda, Pegler Way, said: "The meeting was in a secret location - but somehow they still found us."
Mr Jordan added: "They eyeballed me and then said that they wanted to give me a message.
"I was very concerned. I was thinking: 'Why does it take five big men to pass on a message?'
"One of the men then squared up to another supporter and said 'I'm going to slap you'. "
Mr Jordan also claims that two of the men visited his house and intimidated his mother before he arrived home.
The teenager said the men had banged violently on the door of his home - and that he was scared to think how they found his address.
Mr Jordan had planned to demonstrate outside restaurants in Crawley on Friday and Saturday in protest at the Majeeds' involvement in the club.
He called off the protest following the incident but urged others to boycott the businesses.
"The Majeeds are a disaster for Crawley Town," he said.
Supporters Trust member Peter Bellamy was also present at the meeting.
Mr Bellamy said: "At 9pm these guys turned up looking for Sam Jordan."
"I tried to close the door and it brushed against one of their legs.
"He said I had assaulted him and he could give me a smack."
A police source confirmed that officers were called to the meeting on Thursday evening.
The source said: "Police were called to a private meeting of Crawley Town football fans.
"No arrests were made and no offences were recorded."

That lot are so far up their own arses at times it beggars belief.
I won't give up, though, as I quite enjoy pointing out the errors in their rants on a daily basis. It keeps me sharp with the arguments, so they're actually providing a good service!
