this is worth thinking about
Do you have a battered old fridge and a shabby settee to put in your front garden ? This might attract the sort of buyers who would get on with your neighbours.

we have given this some thought even if it was for a short time and will still go ahead with this ...we both would fight to our dying breathe for any animal to able to live without people like this abusing them.

All very laudible I am sure, and I do MOSTLY agree with your original post. But please do not move next to me and whinge that I should not be putting ant killer down, or scaring foxes out from under my shed, or most recently killing a breeding colony of pantry moths (now they really are bastards I can tell you........)

Other species come second to me, if you dont agree then you should allow wild rats to live with you in your home, as it is only fair?

funnily enough one of the prospective buyers had just come back from Spain with 7 rescue dogs 3 rescue cats 4 very loud teenagers and a 5 year old foster daughter in a wheelchair+ 4 very large Chelsea tractors and they were hoping to get a licence to rescue stray dogs here.........................if I win the lottery I will give them the bloody house.....oh and he was a palarse supporter if that makes any difference

only scarring foxes ..........hmm better that hunting and killing them or smoking them out, and had we not ruled the world it might be ants or pantry moths????
scarring a fox is quite a caring attitude especially if its doing harm........... IMHO

Its no wonder people don't bother any longer
RSPB not interested
wildlife crime (police) decided to do nothing
and both these over the phone
fecking useless bastards

next time if there is one I will just kick the fecking ladder away

Hi-in this instance you need to call the rspca cruelty line, staffed 24hours on 0300 1234 999
They will act immediately and also act regarding the cruelty/legal issue.please try as you never know if theres any chance the birds are still alive.hope this helps.

I called the good old RSPCA when he was neglecting and abusing the rabbits he was given they turned up some days later and done feck all
but for us feeding them while said neighbour was on holiday they would have died, they have been left in a pen in two inches of water for weeks and they are now locked in the shed all day every day and still nothing is done, this all started when I asked him if he would like me to inquire about re-homing the rabbits, since then nothing but provocation, abuse and more cruelty to my animals and animals in general.
as I have said I have called the RSPB,
and the police wildlife unit
and I'm still here waiting

I have been in cat welfare for many years and the RSPCA are not my favourite people and if you think I am exaggerating try asking them to pick up a stray cat

Can we all go and scare that fox that decided to dig the pitch up last night? :)

Must admit though it comes to something when the people who are put there to watch over the wildlife and animals basically flat out refuse to do anything. I guess they only go for the easy soft targets where they know there will be no hassle :(

And as for the RSPCA, I had an ex who worked for them, and even she agreed that they are not doing what they should be but could do nothing about it as it came from the top down. We ended up with 5 cats because of their "policies"
