Am heading out there later in the year - what's it like?

This is our third trip to this area and there's no question in my mind that this area (inc Moraira/Altea) is the best place to consider. Great climate, very scenic and not rammed with blings or wrinklies and just the right balance between locals and Brits/Dutch/Germans. Plenty of great value property but that's pretty consistent right along the Costa's.

It is a VERY small world! Who would of though that there would be a door AND a window to a home in Spain.
