Michael Caine started his acting career in Horsham at the Electric Theatre which was located behind Ye Olde Ale House, in the Carfax.

As a side note a mate of mine did some landscape/ gardening at his home, said he was a top bloke and always bought out a cuppa for everyone when they arrived in the morning

The temporary road signs to the location during shooting said "Drabble" which was the working title of the film

Whilst not wanting to appear to be a stalker, does he live locally? Always assumed he was an ex pat somewhere sunny.
