shirley this is just another Public Inquiry, just like any other. Therefore there will be a set procedure as to how the verdict is announced, right? I would imagine that it would be something like all the interested parties being notified a day or so before the meeting at which it would be announced.

So does anyone know the procedure, so we can stop all this bollox speculation?

Just as a matter of interest. If JP gives the green light is there any chance that the NIMBY's could appeal his decision - maybe through the Courts or something.

Yes they can, but it will cost £££££££££££££££££££££ to take it through the courts and I am not sure the rate payers of Lewes Dis Council will want to foot the bill
