Funny - I'd asked about this on the club ticket line at about 5pm and was told 'it's UEFA rule they can't be sent out till Wednesday' then it arrives an hour later.

I have tried to scan the QR code and it takes me to a uk vehicle taxing site. I am completely hopeless with tech - anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Great! Check your spam folders though because that is where mine went.

Same for us . We’ve still printed them just to be on the safe side.

Wasn’t signalling you out! Just confused at the suggestion people are going to be searching out internet cafes in Rome to print their tickets when they scan straight off the phone

So the seat numbers is a bit of a surprise. My 14 year old son was a late addition as i never thought he'd be able to get a ticket, but he did with about 30 to spare. But he is sat in a completely different settore which is a disaster and not part of the plan. Does anyone have any idea of the layout and whether physically there are barriers to moving around within our section?

I wouldn't worry about that. Tickets were sold as "unassigned seats".

Just got mine and my son's tickets - we are both 'Y's. Printed and scanned to phone. We have an apartment quite close to the stadium, but will spend the day sightseeing get an early shuttle bus to the stadium, enjoy food and a beer before soaking up the atmosphere.
Have just read through all the posts on this thread. Really useful information. Thank you everybody. Not quite sure how we are going to get back to the airport for our 8:15 flight at the moment, however ...

I wondered that as I’m sure I read on the AS Roma website that you can’t take in e-cigarettes or lighters.

And I know it’s been mentioned elsewhere but worth reminding that you also can’t take in power banks.
