Watched this in a bar overseas and (kind of surreal after the last 40 years, we’ve come a long way baby) the Scots fans at the next table were waxing lyrical about Gilmour - and Brighton, “any measure you like, pound for pound the best team in the world” etc. The boy certainly looked good, sharp and authoritative in midfield, and I was glad to see him subbed as he’s increasingly a key player for us. Protect the asset!
