Can't wait until the new year. I have had two years of consecutive shit. Most, in fact all of it my fault.
I am determined to start a new leaf. 2008 is going to be the penultimate year.
I've had a gambling problem. Ive never had a job and don't understand the true value of money. I will never get a girlfriend because my personal hygiene has been disgusting and the fact I cover everything up and lie, people dont want f*** all to do with me. Being a way from home has helped me realise mistakes, even though its made me to do them again to recognise them.
The first stage is admitting it, and be truthful. I'm not proud, but letting everyone know, and being honest to everyone as well as towards myself - will help me rehabilate myself.

Adrie. Get a part time job. That should help to solve a variety of your problems. It will build up your self esteem, communication skills etc. and will go some way to teaching you the value of money, if you are working hard for it.
More importantly, don't waste your time at University wallowing in self pity. Self pity gets you nowhere.
Finally, don't get so hung up about not having a girlfriend. Enjoy yourself, relax and let the good times roll. You won't attract someone if you are unhappy within yourself.

Do you people really think you have such an affinity with people you've never met to feel it necessary to wash your dirty laundry in such a public manner?
I feel like I've just walked into the first meeting of NSC anonymous!
My name is Dave and I'm a NSC-aholic, my problems started when I couldn't work out the best train route to Leyton Orient away. Things got worse when I realised I'd left my plimsolls at school and mummy wasn't on hand to tie the laces of my big boy shoes. My agony was compounded upon arrival at the train station when guard told me to get the train on platform 11.......*cries*.......I ran out of fingers to count on!!

Trust me Adrie, Girls are sooooooo much better if you dont call them the next day! Its just hastle all the way! There are loads of places to get part time work, especially in wolves, and I know for a fact that the girls up there are easy if you just be yourself and not trying too hard to impress them! I bet your funnier than you realise, just make them laught and buy them a drink!
