The game against them last season at the Amex was one of the most one sided games I’ve ever seen. We absolutely battered them and somehow lost so surely we are overdue some luck.

Looking forward to-
5:30 KO so 2:00 sat on the terrace drinking Harveys in the local country pub waiting for the coach. Not fast, just enjoying the day.
Seeing a living legend look after the Ballon d'Or winner.
Watching CR7 have a good game but not win. Maybe seeing his trade mark salute after scoring followed by VAR offside.
8:00 back to the pub to reflect on the win.

NOT looking forward to-
Seats near me who have 'match day tickets'. Just know they are supporting United.
Being squeezed in my seat because everyone has turned up and PB has made the seats smaller.
Long queues at the bar because everyone has turned up.

I must admit, I am looking forward to seeing Ronaldo live for the first time. One of the greatest players the world has ever seen.

I hope he has a thoroughly MISERABLE afternoon though, obvs.

Ronaldo at little old Brighton - jeez . Surely Biss will sit on him ?

Sad but true, I really hope he either gets subbed off or doesn't start then comes on. A mate and I "collect" big names that we can "WHO?" on a substitution, and he'll be one of the biggest. :lolol:

After such a flat atmosphere in the Liverpool game I hope we will be more up for this

When he signed, I’ll admit I looked for this fixture. Whatever people think of him, he IS one of the best to ever play football.

I was looking forward to being able to say I’d seen him play live, years from now. Then my friend decided to have a wedding this Saturday. The tit.
Tit Ronaldo or your mate ?

The Winker was pretty anonymous at the Theatre of Wet Dreams, especially the first half.

Hoping for a round of 'Cry in a Minute......'.

Bruno bloke will be in the ref's boat race from minute one.

The last few years I’ve thought we’ve often outplayed them and got stitched up by refs. WAY more often than against any other side. I thus always look on it as a bit of a pantomime fixture and not sure it’s a favourite as very frustrating. That said would be one of (if not the) top match I’d like to win most outside of palarse. Don’t even want to be battered but sneak a 1-0 off someone’s arse from a foot away as would be happy to do occasionally against other teams. Need to beat them fair and square and deserved.

Commentator: 'Ronaldo has entered the field, and with that, some fans have held aloft their signs asking for his shirt'.....
