Vankleek Hill, actually....
Exactly and the beef is how stupid that "rule" is...compared to others getting away with wearing wigs, how a 7 yr old is going to cause trouble etc etc

I've come across some extremely rude and obnoxious 7 year olds (both male and female) in my time, and sometimes they just need a f**king good shoeing or just put down humanely. Personally I blame the parents as parents today appear to take no responsibility for their children's actions.

** note: this is not directed at Poncey Buzzer, just a general observation **

Maybe the answer is not to take under 10's to football. To be fair they don't understand properly, get bored easily, and are a right pain in the arse in the pub to boot!

As for NMH, you are a steward, get used to being disliked!

Thanks for that. For 8 years before taking a stewarding job I have posted on here, and I didn't ask or appreciate someone telling NSC what I do for a few hours every 2 weeks - for exactly this reason; having an opinion about anything that doesn't suit the occasional moron gives them some excuse to rant about my job working for the club (and being proud to do it for BHAFC).

If some CVNT cannot accept my opinion because they know I am a steward, then they need to grow the f*** up. And I ain't going to refrain after 10 years on NSC from telling them that they're a cvnt.
If I am to "get used to being disliked" while posting here - I'm just as happy to tell a ponce to get f***ed.

(It's worth noting that the person who, as a then-new poster, decided to let on what I do every couple of weeks for a couple of hours, has quit posting "because people got too personal")

My heart bleeds.

But you know, this is NSC and people on here say the worse shit about every sod at the club - 'own worst enemy' and all that.

OK some stewards can be right arseholes but should anything go seriously wrong, heaven forbid, then they are the first line off assistance. Not the pigs, fire service or ambulance, Hence the title Saftey Stewards and they are usually fans. A lot have good jobs and have been doing it for donkies years. Its not the money, stewards usually get more for being outside.

I think they deserve even more credit for having to deal with useless cocksuckers like you.

you were outed as a Steward solely because of the Zoo.B.Zoo fiasco, you bought that down on your own head.

There was no excuse for anyone to put it on themselves to 'out' me over that, so don't talk shit.
The other id was to do something for the club, and some fans who were increasingly telling their pals they could 'get away with' cheating on tickets.
I think that was pretty fair, to warn people they could get turned away from games - that sort of stuff doesn't get put out in the Argus or on the back of the ticket.

So, tell me how that was "bringing it down on my own head"?
Was it asking the only person who knew, to turn that intent into a fiasco??

To underline that - I CAN tell you that there are SEVERAL stewards posting on here that you don't know about and I ain't telling (so they can freely post their opinions).

There are also people on here, who have/have had more than one user-name. Apparently, that's not a 'crime' either. Unless someone died and made you God.

As a matter of interest, if you're a Steward, and therefore have to watch the crowd rather than the match, how can you have an opinion on what actually happens on the pitch, who was good/crap etc?

Just a question like.

And one more thing - is your name Raymond Briggs?
If it is, you are one of the ONLY people posting on here that doesn't use a PSEUDONYM, i.e. another identity.
Do you see what I'm getting at here, 'Raymond'?

Actually yes,you may have heard of me.I wrote a few books whilst skiving off during my time working at Brighton poly.
You may have heard Roger Waters contributions to a couple of the Sountracks

Do you really think that ALL stewards do, is stare at the crowd for 3 hours?

Part of steward training, for those who are actually physically facing the stand - is to be aware of what is happening that the crowd are likely to react to. We are briefed on the referees quite frequently, mention is made of their history with us, their race, even their age when they are as youthful as the recent bloke.
As it happens, I do miss most of the game, I don't always know who made that pass or who took that shot, and I have to find out later.

One time, for a (Southend) match, the subs were shooting the ball into the dugout when the first teams were off the pitch . I made report of this so it hopefully won't happen again - and Buzzer's kid won't have their head taken off WITH the hat, by an irresponsible player missing the target and the ball missile-ing into an unaware head, causing possible brain trauma.

Should I be staring at the crowd for that event, too?
You going to tell me that's not my job either, like?

f*** sake,if the Stewards see a bit of the game why would anyone complain.
They SHOULD share the pain we suffer watching the game, buggers get paid a bit so at least THEY get some compensation for the crap we watch every other week.

Great, so you are one of the only people on here who actually uses their own name instead of a second name. I expect those other people have more user-names for other websites too. Big-time espionage that, and maybe you can include these multiple personas and pen-names in your next book.

Probably best not though, it's not really that interesting actually.

btw, The 'Ernest' on here isn't your dad, is he? :lolol:
