f***ing aubergine

half the bastard, bit of olive oil, roast the fucker, then scoop its guts out and combine them with buffalo mozarella and lightly toasted pine nuts grill the fucker off and serve with a reduction of tinned toms and f*** loads of fresh basil

Get some nice MUFFIN from waitrose or the like

cut it in half, soak the cut surfaces in a bit of cointreau/ grand maunier/ kirsh/ chamboid. peel, slice and core an apple, couple of slices of apple in the reassembled muffin with a lump of dark choc in the middle, in the over for 10 mins or so

serve with a dollop of Hagen daz VANILLA
