But but but... he went over the ball! That means his foot can't have been that high... Err... It's not fair! VAR CHEATSView attachment 197290
Zabarny has both feet off the ground, he connects half way up the shin of Wolves player's standing leg. The Wolves player is lucky not to come away with a broken leg. That's a red all day long.
Will you Black list me for this? That's a cilly thing to say.
DCL isn't off the ground.I'm very surprised it wasn't overturned.
A very similar tackle and set of circumstances as this Calvert Lewin one which was also recommended by VAR, only to be overturned on appeal.

I'm pleased, but the whole system is so inconsistent.
Three match suspension stands. No, he’s currently suspended so stays suspended until the decision to rescind the red card is made.
Three match suspension stands.
This. DCL's is not reckless in the same manner for that reason.DCL isn't off the ground.
It's hardly a hill I'm going to die on but surely magnitude of force comes into it. Just touching someone, regardless of where it is on their body, isn't endangering their safety. Obviously this is more than a touch, but also way less than careering into someone full pelt. For me, the magnitude of force doesn’t really come into this case. By your own admission he’s off the ground, has overstretched, not really in control of his actions and and has therefore “endangered the safety of an opponent” which all that’s needed for a red.
and AFC Bournemouth don't know the rules? It’s more a case of people don’t know the laws of the game.
