A bottle of red wine by Leo Hillinger called Small Hill. This winery has a shop and bar in Kitzbühel; I found it nice so brought a few bottles back. It contains sulphites and grapes.

By Jove, you are right my dear chap, it is Fridat and it is still Spring and to further my enjoyment of such an event I shall be quaffing a bottle of Costa D'Oru Rosé to wash down a fillet of pan fried Salmon accompanied by roasted Mediterranean vegetables and salt roast new potatoes....Happy Fridat you lovely people out there in N.S.C. Land!!
