I left this over the weekend, but now (thanks to the clues and a fresh pair of eyes) I'm up to 72.

Still some obvious ones that I'm missing, based on Stato's answer locator:

The lightning/storm
The extra beatle/bug (Please don't tell me it's a Fifth Beatle, as I've tried them all!)
Hornet's/Wasp's nest (film-related, I'm assuming)

Have a look at my post No. 26 in this thread for the locations of the ones you may have missed. I don't know what you mean by the white face, but the wooden duck is not a clue. As has been pointed out, my picture misses off the yellow dot on the handbag.
