Mr Hughton would be the right choice, but john terry could well be the cheaper/poorer option.
Get CH in and Bristol City will gain an over the shoulder following of a few thousand keyboard warriors and armchair pundits!

Your previous post prior to that one was attention seeking attempt at ITK nonsense.

So your ITK knowledge on this might leave a lot to be desired as well.

Sorry, but I am not famaliar with what what ITK is?

Please explain what you mean by nonsense?

No brainer, they have money and CH is a top top Championship manager. They will have their best chance of promotion under him. If he signs some of his Albion promotion side I will have quite a bit of interest too

Added Bonus that Bristol is a nice place.

You claim to be '' In The Know '' by making the statement '' A chap I know from Bristol says, it's a done deal Hughton has the job ''

I put it to you that the statement is nonsense.

Alan Nixon has tweeted that Hughton has been spoken to Bristol City but he is weighing up his options.
Apparently in talks with Birmingham and waiting to see what happens at Fulham.

Sad for Chris as I think he’d be a good fit for Bristol City.

Surprised if Gerrard took this on. Doesn’t say much for Scottish football.

Fulham eh? Sounds a good fit for Chris. Wherever he goes, or whatever the club, good luck Chris with my (and presumably many other Albion fans) best wishes.

If he waits another two weeks then he can get the West Brom job.

Hughton and Knocky together again at Fulham? I could get in on that.

Would love to see CH get the gig. He has to be their number one target. They'd be guaranteed to make the play-offs.

But a good outside bet could be Sol Campbell. He's had two impossible jobs at Macclesfield and Southend with mixed fortunes. I genuinely think he'd be a success - if he fails, then it's back down to the bowels of the football league and if he does well then he's got a very bright future ahead of him with a lot of contacts.

Gerrard? All he's done is lose a two horse race.
If I was BC I'd rip Hughton's arm off if there was even a chance he'd take it.

Well fottball is evolving, young managers have different ideas, Stevie is one of the young breed that seems to appeal to many club chairmen now.

It must feel strange sitting at home waiting for someone that, only in the last few years, you were friends with but now hoping they get the sack.
Or even wishing Fulham lose, stay down and then sack the manager.
Even worse, all this happens and you don't get the job.

Chris Hughton appointed. He will do well there. Bristol are overdue a top flight jaunt. City that bit closer with Chris at the helm.
