I liked the story of one French bloke, who cut off her glorious hair. She ran back to him after the initial furor, saying she realised she deserved it.
However, the best thing is probably to just completely disappear from her life and go start anew. Once someone cheats, they usually will do it again, so they're not worth reconciliation.
If you can nail the sister or best mate, or in any way tear into her heart by taking some new bird to 'your romantic spots' and eradicating her aura from your world, that's great, but it's also not nice to involve other people in the negative ramifications and rebounds of your personal foibles unless you intend to build a relationship of importance with them. (naturally the sis or best mate would know exactly what they were doing)
