i think IMHO this kinda may backfire on the seller as could be legally challenged she had not intent for such use of the photos when she gave permission for them to be taken, wouldve been far better had he just as sum1 else put it shrugged his shoulders got on with life and forgets about her, preferably with some1 (bit not sum1 elses intent to be(married!))
