RULE CHANGES
1. Professional fouls, any where on the pitch, results in a direct free kick from the D.
2. Digital season tickets to view every game for an individual team £100 / season.
3. Salary caps, based on a 1% rule. You cannot pay anyone less than 1% of the highest earner at the club. If you pay someone £4M a year then everyone down to the match stewards would be paid £40K Pro Rata, which is about £20/hour.

Simulation of any injury will result in three men with baseball bats running onto the pitch and causing the actual injury simulated. Once this is administered, the team doctor may attend to the player.

Why would a supreme leader worry about football?

But in the spirit of the thread.

The use of any towel or other drying device on a ball before taking a throw in is a red card offence, and the throw in is also awarded to the other team.
No one is allowed onto the field of play if wearing short socks and/or short shin pads.
All shirts must be long sleeves, and the pulling down the sleeves over the hands to be actively encouraged
No changing of first choice colours to be allowed unless there is a clear colour clash in the opinion of the referee
Reintroduction of moving free kicks forward 10 yards for any showing of dissent, not retreating, kicking the ball away.....

Three goals at either end.Two points for a goal in the middle,1 point for a goal in either the left or right goal.Goalies are lazy beeps, let them earn their corn. Apart from that we have decided to scrap Capitalism and redistribute wealth equally amongst each person on the planet.
