Safeway's largely tongue in cheek remark is amusing, but the ring of truth to it does still irk when you go all over the show and get blanked for the big one. I've personally being trying all manner of things to get down to Southampton having had my cheque returned after being told by the ticket office on the day it was sent that tickets were still available. Same thing happened for Spurs last year.
