Where would you live?

If you lets say had the chance to just upsticks and relocate yourself and live a normal life as in.....have a job and a house and a really nice life.....where would you choose and why?

Ive been thinking about this lately and quite fancy just going somehwere....I have plans to live in Madeira Island, Portugal for at least a year with my partner and see how it goes, ive lived there before for 9 months and it was amazing as I have no commitments or any of that crap and then I quite fancy Brazil for a year, fu*k it why not, you only live once and certainly for me I cannot waste it in the uk...watching trashy soaps and moaning about mp's and the price of property and how much it rains.

Thats just me though.

1. Brighton, East Sussex, during the football season
2. Byron Bay, New South Wales, during the close season

In fact, planning on doing exactly that sometime in the next couple of years

Was going to emigrate to Cyprus in 1995 until diagnosed with cancer and decided our NHS was the best in the world so stayed in England. I love it in Sussex the only other place I would think of living is Devon but as they say places that are nice for holidays are not always the place to live in.

West west west Sussex
Somewhat boringly, I'm quite happy where I am.
West Dorset (wifey's family) has always been good to me, and S.W France was a cracking holiday this time last year.

I'm obviously a man of simple pleasures.

Theres nothing boring about that mate...its a very individuel thing.

I personally would like to live and expiereince life abroad before eventually settling full time in the uk, but theres plenty of time for all that....but I must say abroad is incredible but theres nout like the south of england on a warm summers day.

Sydney is indeed an amazing city, did you go diving in the Coral Reef?

What, the coral reef just off Sydney?
