Oscar did a very good job.

Lost two of his best players to other clubs and 4 or 5 key players missed extended time through injury.

Give him full summer to get some players he wants in (he was working with another man's squad this season).

Then a full pre season to get them knocked into shape and playing in the style he wants.

And it will challenging for the top 2 next season.
