I just don't see how 25,000 gates at ~£30 a head with relatively low player wages can be making such an almighty loss. Did anyone ever get to the bottom of it in that merged thread?

who's gonna make up the 8 million,my share would have to be another £960 which i would not find,in fact i would cancel my original £1,000 that's going towards the club,i think you have hit the nail on the head poor financial management, sticking more seats in does not mean more sth in the long run.

Ever heard of cutting costs?

Losing 8m a year will not mean that all the ST's have to raise 8m between them. There are all sorts of ways to find that shortfall. Why don't you wait until the accounts come out, how much the club raise via new sponsorship deals and how much ST's are next season before deciding that you are not going to renew.

Ever heard of poyet wishing for a bigger budget? I accept cost will be cut and season tickets will go up but an increase in st prices could raise at most 2 million cost cutting a million? And we need to still keep the amount of season ticket holders as this year, with new seats and a price increase the st level could go down. I will accept a certain increase but with £100 already leaving the bank account each month there is a limit.
