Poyet wants Albion to adopt an open door policy at Withdean for fans of FCUM
if Albion negotiate next Tuesdays replay at Woking.

Gus;

"I know the club have to think about security and plenty of other things, but from my point of view, if they want to bring 4,000 then let them bring 4,000. The bigger the crowd, the better for the players"

"If, with all respect to Woking, we go through, then I would like them to bring as many fans as they want"

Gus doesnt want to go through in any cups so of cause he doesnt care how many people they bring to Brighton, the team will be in Woking!

He makes a point, and it would bring more revenue to both clubs than a half empty Withdean Stadium.

Do the the FC United fans have to become members of the 1901 Club to get priority?

We've always had Manchester fans sitting in amongst Brighton ones when we play them anyway. Do they have a fanbase down here like their big brother club? :lolol:

If we get through give FCUM both ends and we'll have the sides. Job done.

Anyon else dislike the idea of giving them a massive attendance? WE are mean't to be the homeside, if they bring 3000 it's obviously not going to feel like a home game, and I actually WANT to get through to the third round which we should do easily.

Can I just ask something.

Is FCUM deliberately supposed to read out loud as "f*** 'em" ?

If so, I have to say that is BRILLIANT.

I'm all for a full house, but its very unlikely that we will sell out our home tickets. We should be beating Woking and FCUM at a canter, but as proved Saturday we were devoid of ideas to beat Woking. I think Gus has to re-think his strategy if he wants to get to the third round. Big if!!

Gus has loads of ideas how to beat Woking, he just didnt care enough to tell them to the team!

I'd go with that. There's no way they'll be given any of the South Stand so may as well give them both ends. That'll be about 1,800 tickets. We should then get a gate of at least 6.5-7k providing the ticketing is on par with rd 1

we're not going to fill Withdean, so we may as well let them.

If it's priced correctly like the Woking one I think we'd almost fill our ends taking into account they're allowed 15% of the ground...
