How dull must it be to be a city fan, just pass it around enlessly, yet the opposition aren't good enough to get the ball back.

Just like ManUre & Chelski they've bought this title, but it must be great to win most games and some trophies. At least in the PL every game isn't a walkover (unless Pardew's managing the opposition). The situation with Celtic, PSG and Bayern having budgets many times that of the second club, makes their success a joke.

Blackburn were the first club to buy the Premier League title weren’t they?

Stoke now going route one and causing slick City problems apparently. Come on City grab a second

Yes they spent fortunes, but in their defence they generally only spend between £40m-£50m max on each player. Compared with the sums PSG, Barcelona and Man U are prepared to pay per player, they do have their limits and they are great to watch.

The other view is they pay £30-40m per position. They spent more on their full-backs than we spent on our stadium (I believe).

What's caused the swathes of empty seats? I thought Stoke fans were 'real supporters'.

Assuming this is done and dusted then the bottom three have got four points BETWEEN them in the last five rounds of games. Stoke have three of them.

Stoke’s a shit hole. Hope they lose.

But you've got to love the buses for the away supporters. Police escort to and from the ground, I was back at the station by 5.15, just had to wait an hour for my train.

Oh and the entertainment waiting for the bus to the ground was superb, watching the bus driver trying to get into the car park was hilarious:laugh:
