It's back now the wife was brave enough to steal in back from the next door neighbours that put it on their bin

Thieving *******s in Newhaven, don't send them a Christmas card.
I had some rope fixed to my dustbin and my fence to stop the bin blowing away, some c..t nicked the f..king rope.
