Are they not a team as Slade was offered the chance to get rid of them at the start of the season and chose not to so if the coaching team fail, as you are suggesting, then it follows that the boss fails,

I personally wonder if Slade was offered the choice but persuaded not to - maybe the cost of their severance was too much, given we were looking to buy? Maybe Slade thought a bit of consistency was key?

All I know is we;ve changed everything else - and that hasn't worked - so all out all change at the training ground.

Thats my Dads philosophy anyhow, although he hasn't played the same sport, he can spot it a mile away...

slade out monday.. no ifs no buts.. ok a lot of the players need to be held accountable for their actions, but the buck stops with slade.. i mean what manager in their right mind would still be playing hart .. you got more chance of retreiving an ice cube from a blazing fire than him ever scoring again !!!
