Looks like old SC will be off, but who would you go for if you were DK?

I think he should do the job himself for a season or two:lolol: At least we'd have the same manager after October every year. Isn't this the third October running we've needed to look for a new manager?

Hector Cuper. Inter president Massimo Moratti is bound to sack him soon. Cuper will join us and bring Recoba, Gonzalez and Vieri with him on loan and we'll revert back to playing in our Inter Milan away kit. Yesssssssssssss :clap2:

I mentioned it on another thread earlier, but if we want someone with a passion for the area, proven success at the highest level, and an inclination to stick around - step forward Peter Moores.

Just dropping a name.

What about Lawrie Sanchez - has worked with limited funds and is a motivator? We have much better players than Wycombe for a start.

Steve Cotterril, Gary Johnson or my present favourite Joe Kinnear.

At work - probably
Jan Tigana??

Seriously though it's a nice thought to have someone who would be more loyal to us - but I can't see it. Three of the names mentioned have Albion connections - Joe Kinnear - played without much distinction for about a season, Cotterill - ex-loan player for a few months and Liam Brady - nice guy and funnily enough an Albion legend in my book despite not really doing much (managerial-wise) at any club he'e been to. Hardly great Albion connections though and all as likely to piss off when a bigger job becomes available as anyone else.

Oh and there's John Gregory......:shootself

Everyone mentioned above is nowhere near Coppell's class, I fear this time it may be one manager too far. DK is not an f*ing magician is he? How can he keep getting quality managers
