Th 10th on that list was Burnley which I didnt guess as I said Bristol City. They were in alphabetical order and surprising the chap lived on the South Coast but didnt get Brighton until about 5th or 6th. The first was Palace.

I didn't get Burnley at the time of watching it and also thought Bristol City.
Yes, the guy lived on the south coast and said Palace before Brighton, that also miffed me.
I don't usually watch Tenable but stumbled across it whilst channel hopping and stopped as it was an interesting question, so I didn't realise it is alphabetical, I got a bit excited that most said Brighton for a moment there to be honest.

Are you sure it wasn't the Premier League and the EFL?

100 percent...All the right answers were from the pl and championship...Thats not to say they're not answers outside the top 2 tiers but the question was specific to the top 2

Took a while, but managed to do 10:
Brighton
Sheffield Wed
Swansea
Cheltenham
Spurs
Palace
Norwich
Cardiff
Swindon

and not top 4 divisions, but I was struggling, so:

West Brom was the first that came to mind for me, and the smell of opening a pack of Panini stickers and seeing the badge, shiny silver, at the top and being mesmerised by detail I'd never paid attention to before. I've got a soft spot for the Ipswich badge for the same reason.

I would never have guessed Burnley in a million years. Even this morning I had to look at their badge to see where it was.
