Of course they are scum (and contrary to popular belief in SE25, they are in fact well aware of this). But they are OUR scum, QUOTE]

That is spot on.
How boring would supporting brighton be without them.

I've got a friend who is a Palace STH and he's a decent bloke. Plus my kids like his kids. But even ignoring that, I would definitely go. If they went down the pan who would we have the best banter with? Pompey? Southampton? I don't think so. Don't want them to go bust - I want to see their fans when they get beaten at Falmer and rip the piss!

Will it be your away or home support turning up?We need to know numbers and quality:thumbsup:

Brilliant!

To answer the question, of course I would.

It's amazing how many Stains fans want Pompey to go to the wall and vice versa when they were in trouble. Ignorant inbred Hampshite fucks.

Yes, without hesitation I would. Gosling was very helpful to us on the Falmer campaign, and a number of Palace fans came on the marches. As Easy says, they are our scum. Hope the away fans would be more lively than the Norwich lot were when some of our fans went up to raise the Falmer issue, as I doubt the Old Bill would want us in the Holmesdale.

I think anyone who wants another club to go bust is a sad individual.

For all the banter/abuse which goes on, they will have the same mixture of people who support them as we do; most decent people, with a few w*nkers thrown in. To lose the rivalry would mean losing something from Brighton.

I would love them to struggle, but what's the point in having rivals if you never play them? It's more enjoyable to go there and win. The feeling at that 1-0 win was incredible. The noise, the passion, the look of despair on their faces. Shit, that's what it's all about. If they drop to league 1 or 2 and groundshare; OK, we can laugh, but we won't get those days out though. I know what I want.

Wasn't Fans United was about stopping people trying to profit from football, changing memorandum's of association etc to benefit from the decline of football clubs? Outrage at this greed was the motivation for all those magnificent fans to traverse the country/continent to support our cause.

Isn't the Palace situation about Jordan being a bit skint due to the credit crunch and therefore entirely different? I'm not saying that I want Palace to go out of business, just pointing out that Fans United was driven by something entirely different. However, if it was aimed at that **** Noades who is at the heart of all their problems I would be well up for it.
