i'd imagine any discussion would be cursory, with embassy staff saying government have no influence on football authorities.

imagine how different it might be, if there were a government controlled regulator to tell football authorities what they should do?

You obviously haven’t read all the detail about what they have done. 5,000 leaked emails show it very clearly. It doesn’t matter how good the lawyers are they will be getting more than points deductions. It is more a case how many divisions down they will be relegated.
Ooh, no I didn't read it...had to pluck my nose hairs and worry about whats going on in my life.
I'll wait for the outcome, some one in the manc circle will probably find a loophole and they'll get away with whatever they have been accused of!
