I starting to think it will not be any out of work manager, as it is taking too long. Any of them could have been interviewed by now and either ruled out or hired. obviously I could be wrong.
Still think there's a lot to my theory that we're all waiting for Manchester United.

If we have a really "fancy"/big name in the wings, they're not taking a job with us when they could possibly get to manage a top 5 team in about a week.

Who knows, we might even be waiting for Ten Hag?

Clearly this is b******t. But were it to be true, it’s starting to feel like my student days where I’d start the night trying to chat up the hottest girl in the club and end up looking for someone who might show a bit of interest…

Not sure about the "snub" part (though he won't go to Leicester for numerous reasons), but it wouldn't surprise me if the England job is his prioritised job. Unless England win, Southgate is likely to leave, and if he leaves, Graham Potter is almost certainly the first one to get the question.

I was in this camp, but from a purely pragmatic level the availability of decent coaches would appear limited and I was certainly a fan of his coaching ability. As long as the squad can work with him, then I would be ok'ish with it.

Be honest, had you heard of RDZ before he was recruited? Or Herr Glassner for them lot up the road? Or Iraolo for the Muff? I think there's plenty of good managers around Europe and further afield and I'm sure there's some that could be tempted to come to the EPL and our setup is really quite good.

Cooper, Martin and the Dour Brummie all are very uninspiring as managers. Not because they're English but because their football is sending us back in terms of excitement, entertainment value and more than likely, results. Yes I go to football to be excited and entertained so sue me.

Called this !

We would want him more than he would want us fo sho.
Alternatively, we were never in for him in the first place.

It's The Sun. So completely disregard. Like the time they said we were looking at Steve Cooper and three other candidates.

And went for our first choice.

Who was none of them.

Really?

"Brighton would not have made such the decision of parting with De Zerbi unless they were confident of getting his replacement through the door.

Even before an agreement was reached with the Italian, the club had identified who his successor would be — not that this is always a guarantee they get their first choice.

Barber famously has two computers on his desk and one of them contains a list of managerial and executive replacements."

Hmmm.

Hmmm.
Kiss and make make up with Bob seems the sensible choice, meet him half way two quality players instead of four and get on with preparing for next season.

We will sign quality players this summer. We're just not letting the manager decide who these players are.
We're not an amateur club from Italy, we're not rehiring the guy we let go two weeks ago.
