He's not my idea of 'family friendly' but whatever you say now, if it turned out that he and/or Poyet got us steaming up the table, are you saying that is not a good thing and you really wouldn't come and watch ?
We're not a small thinking family club anymore, we've changed - decisions like the one today and further on, mean that 'business' comes above all else.
We've become one of 'those' clubs we loved to taunt and despise - we'd better get used to it

he hasn't murdered anybody as far as I know but he IS one horrible little cunt who I'd hate to have at our club. He really set the world alight at previous clubs didn't he? Poyet on the other hand seems to know what he's doing. Wise can f*** off-there are enough taxi driver beaters in Brighton.

Gus Poyet was the talented one in the Wise/ Poyet partnership. Just look what happened to Leeds when Poyet left Wise on his own.
Wise on his own has done nothing only caused friction.
We need a proven manager to take us forward and Wise is not that man.

Wise did a good job at Millwall for a long time, got them to a Cup final, and had them punching way above their weight near the top of the Championship.
Granted, he and Millwall were almost made for each other, and you know what you'd get if he did come. Siege mentality, no one likes us, we'd bring in some wind-up merchants, and generally upset everyone. In addition he's a little toe-rag, who perhaps you wouldn't want as a role model turning up at your kid's school sports day.
But he could, possibly, and with some backing, get the team winning again. He wouldn't be my choice, but it will be in the papers again tomorrow, and I have a bad feeling about this rumour that just won't go away.

Despicable post! I can only assume that you were too young to ever see him play or know anything about him at all for that matter.
If Wise comes anywhere near BHA I too will be looking for another club to support.

If his appointment has a similar impact here as it did at Swindon, people will be cheering his name from the stands and hailing him a hero, there's no doubt about it. Anyone who says otherwise is a kidding themselves.
Personally I could'nt give a shit who comes in as long as they have a positive effect on results but for me Southgate or Coppell are the obvious choices.

There is some evidence that the last time this "rumour" was placed neatly into the lap of the Mirror, its source was ... at board level, within the Club.
I don't like Dennis Wise, but I have been trying to work out why? As a Brighton fan would it be a good appointment? Serously I don't know but I do know I still don't like him but can't for the life of me work out why. Oh well WISE OUT (or is that too early?)

Wise has done a decent job as a manager at both Milwall and Leeds. It all went wrong when he went to Newcastle. I think Wise and Poyet would be a decent partnership although Coppell would be my first choice.
