Supposed to be 1, but I might slope off at 12.30. Its not like I'm actually DOING anything
(other than scoffing some rather splendid cheesy potato wedges with bacon one of the wimmen just hooked out the oven).

True I'm not exactly breaking sweat today it has to be said - stuffing sweets and mince pies at the moment - well i need to line the stomach so i drink enough to ruin the xmas dinner tommorrow. It wouldn't be xmas if i didn't struggle to get the dinner down me.

Always tempted to book today off, but it means using a full days holiday just to take a half-day off. And its a half-day of doing practically feck-all as well.

Just a pain in the ARSE dragging meself to Haywards Heath and back for it.

Really can't see the point of people taking today off - I'd rather use it when the weather's better.
Finish at 100pm, doing SFA.

Around 2.30 ish I think and then it's the Carol Service followed by that sinking feeling that I've forgotten on of the hints that Mrs OW has made at any time over the past twelve months!

Indeed, hence why I've never taken a Christmas Eve as holiday.
I'll whine like the little BITCH I am about how pointless it is coming in, but I'll be here again next year no doubt.

OOh, actually I won't as its on a Saturday next year.
