Slow traffic due to earlier accident on A23 Southbound before A27 / Mill Road (Mill Road Roundabout), congestion on A23 to B2118 (Hurstpierpoint / Sayers Common Turn Off). There was an accident just before the end of the A23 dual carriageway. It happened at around 11:30. Long delays remain, not helped by the London to Brighton Mini Run.
