Was is really a "call 999" moment :lolol:

I was wondering who should you call when that happens - it will clearly have an effect on traffic, so there needs to be some sort of authority called to control the situation pretty quickly, so it is urgent. Calling the council isn't likely to get it sorted quickly. We hear all the time about the non-emergency police number (101) or local station phones going unanswered, etc.
