ideas please for villas holiday

about 8 - 10 people with one small child, mid september,
with own pool close to beach and entertainments etc, quiet enuff to just chill out.. no idea what they cost, usual holidays to date ave been cheap n cheerful... 1 or 2 weks, spain or greece?
