I know it's not a bun, but a nice carrot cake.

The best thing about carrot cake, is that it doesn't ACTUALLY taste of carrots.

I'm with the OP. You cannot beat a proper iced bun from a proper baker*. Pricey but a league apart from supermarket ones.

*apart from perhaps Creakys'. They look gert lush.
