When I lived in Manchester one would be down our street all year round. There were very strong rumours that it also sold illegal treats (There is a mission in GTA which supports the rumour), I never had the balls to ask for them though.

We only seem to get them when it rains, now that its really hot and sunny, i haven't seen one

Seem to recall there were slightly sinister British Bulldog ice-cream vans around Brighton, or at least Preston Park, a while back. Are they still going? Or are they all banged up?
