Does anyone still get ice cream vans driving around their area, selling on the streets?
I can remember being a kid and whenever it was sunny you'd hear the sound of the chimes in the street and go running out to get your 99. But I never see them doing it any more, they only seem to be sat up in fixed locations like in the car park on top of Ditchling Beacon, or at events like Albion games, Pride, or Party In The Park.
What's happened to the "Stop me & buy one" routine?? Too many Road Safety campaigns about kids running out from behind them, eyes only on their TwoBall Screwball, and getting hit by a bus?
I need to know
